Hey Guys! Welcome to Episode 3 of the Road To The Show series. We are just about 8 Weeks Out from my Men’s Physique show! I am super excited with how prep is going thus far, and pumped I am able to bring you guys along with the “Road To The Show” series!

In this video, I have a FULL Back Workout commentary! I explain all the back exercises I am doing, and how I switched my training around to lose weight and burn away fat! The FULL Back Workout will be listed below as well, so be sure to give it a try!

I also take you guys on the golf course, as I played a round for my friends birthday and following I talk to you guys briefly about staying motivated while on a diet, and how we all have those “low” days!

1. T Bar Rows
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps
Set 3: Strip Set (No Rest Between Sets – Follow pattern below)
** 160 lbs x Failure Reps
** 115 lbs x Failure Reps
** 60 lbs x Failure Reps
Set 4: 45 lbs x 50 Reps (Rest as little as possible)

2. Machine Rows
Set 1: 15-20 Reps
Set 2: 15-20 Reps
Set 3: 12-15 Reps
Set 4: 12-15 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 45 lbs x Failure Reps

3. Leaning V Bar Cable Pull
Set 1: 20 Reps
Set 2: 15-20 Reps
Set 3: 15-20 Reps
Set 4: 12 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = Seated V Bar Cable Pull Down (65 lbs x Failure Reps)

4. Machine Side Pull Downs
Set 1: 20 Reps
Set 2: 15-20 Reps
Set 3: 15-20 Reps
