9 Weeks Out | High Volume Shoulder Workout | Road To The Show – Ep. 2

Hey guys, so here is Episode Two of the Road To The Show series! In this video I take you guys through an extremely high volume shoulder workout, as well as take you guys along on my trip to Long Beach Island!

I am back down the shore at Long Beach Island with Taylor and we had a very relaxing day at the beach! Then of course we went to the gym to train Shoulders! The FULL Shoulder Workout is listed below in description as well, so be sure to give that one a try! With myself being on prep, I greatly increased the intensity of my workouts, so this was a super high volume workout and I was loving every second of it! I am incorporating a ton of drop sets and super sets, and keeping my weight light throughout. As for the reps, I am typically aiming for 15-20 per set. So you can just imagine my shoulders were burning after this bad boy!

FULL SHOULDER WORKOUT

1. Standing Barbell Press
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps
Set 3: 10-12 Reps
Set 4: 8-10 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 65 lbs x Failure Reps

2. Barbell Upright Rows
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 12-15 Reps
Set 3: 12-15 Reps
Set 4: 10-12 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = Empty Barbell x Failure Reps

3. Standing DB Side Raises
Set 1: 10 Reps Together, 5 Reps Right, 5 Reps Left
Set 2: 8 Reps Together, 5 Reps Right, 5 Reps Left
Set 3: 6 Reps Together, 5 Reps Right, 5 Reps Left

4. Bent Over Rear Delt Flys
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 12-15 Reps
Set 3: 10-12 Reps

5. Seated Machine Press
65 lbs x 50 Reps
** Hit 50 reps w/ as little rest as possible
