A New Beginning… // Building a Bigger Upper Chest // Vlog 30

Well after six years it finally happened…. I finally joined a new gym and a legendary one at that. Here is to a New Beginning at Atilis Gym and of course I had to bring you guys inside the gym for an Amazing Upper Chest focused workout! Hope you enjoy vlog 30.

As mentioned above, I am partaking on a new beginning as I joined the new Atilis Gym that opened in Bellmawr, New Jersey. I have heard so many great things about the Atilis gyms in general, so I was super pumped when I found out one was opening right around the corner from me. Of course I had to go check it out, and it was like love at first sight. So many amazing machines, an incredible atmosphere, and rock n roll blasting over the speakers…… I am in heaven at this place. I am super excited to be able to join this gym and get a different environment up on this channel. They are super chill in there about filming, so the future footage is going to be amazing! So here is to 2018, and a new beginning at Atilis Gym!

Furthermore, I bring you along for an Upper Chest focused workout! I desperately need to build my upper chest, as it is a huge weak point of mine, so I am constantly training it HARD! I figured I would make a little workout commentary for you guys, talking and showing you guys how I train my upper chest, and what the best exercises are to do exactly that!
