Almost SHOWTIME // Current Physique Update // Summer Shredding Ep. 10

I cannot believe it is almost SHOWTIME as we are officially 4 Weeks Out from the NPC South Jersey Championships and 5 Weeks Out from the Summer Shredding Classic! And what better way to welcome in 4 weeks out then a current physique update!

With each current physique update, I get to compare my current physique with previous clips and really get a good idea if I am making the changes needed to my physique to get me stage ready for my Men’s Physique show! I really do love where my physique is at right now, but I do feel that my back is lagging behind a lil bit. But hey nothing hard work won’t fix!

Besides the current physique update with 4 weeks out, Taylor and I head to the gym for a shredded back workout! Taylor is doing the same exact show as me but will be competing in Bikini of course, and guys she is legit shredded to the bone, so of course we had to make a little fitness couples shredded back workout!

I really hope you all enjoy this episode of my Summer Shredding series! I have been loving documenting my men’s physique prep for you guys again, and I cannot wait to end this series in the best place possible, and that is in Houston with Christian Guzman, and the Alphalete fam for the Summer Shredding Classic!
