Back Workout At The Jersey Mecca // Bowling Champ // Vlog 34

In today’s video, I head to the Jersey Mecca for an incredible Back Workout! Following the workout, I take my talents to the bowling alley for a fun night out with friends! Hope you enjoy Vlog 33!

As mentioned above, Taylor and I head to the Jersey Mecca (Atilis Gym) for our Back Workout. I absolutely love this gym as it has a ton of amazing machines and an incredible Bodybuilding atmosphere. With Taylor being here for the workout, of course I wanted to make a nice little fitness couple workout edit for you guys, so I hope you enjoy it! Following the Back Workout, I head home to my cheat meal for the week, and just wait till you guys see what this meal is! It is a good one, I promise. And following that delicious meal, I head bowling with Taylor, Monica and Dakota and come out a Bowling Champion! Now who would of ever thought a bodybuilder would be good at bowling….?
