BENCH PRESS CHALLENGE // 225 LBS FOR 100 REPS

In today’s vlog, I take on the legendary Bench Press Challenge of 225 lbs for 100 Reps!

My good friend Jack called me out on this bench press challenge and I honestly couldn’t turn it down! I always wanted to see if and just how quickly I can bench 225 lbs for 100 reps!

Now for the rules of the bench press challenge.
1. Overall Goal: Bench 225 lbs as quickly as possible (time)
2. The timer begins when the bar begins its first descent.
3. If you fail a rep, you must redo that rep.
4. Timer stops once the bar is “racked” after the 100th rep.

I was able to complete all 100 reps of 225 lbs in just under 20 minutes, which I was super pumped about honestly!
