The exercises that I cover in this video are listed below:
1. Bent Over Barbell Rows
2. Dumbbell Rows
3. Cable Straight Bar Pull Downs (Underhand Grip)

1. Bent Over Barbell Rows is by far one of my favorite back exercises to do if I am looking to add on some thickness to my back! With this exercise you guys want to make sure you are keeping a strict form! Have you back straight, with your head in a neutral position. Keeping this form, pull the barbell up to your belly button, and focus on contracting your lats and shoulder blades! Hold this position for 1-2 seconds, then slowly let the barbell go back down to the starting position! Repeat this movement for the desired reps.

2. Dumbbell Rows is the biggest bang for your buck when it comes to overall back development! For this exercise, you want to focus on keeping good form – have your back straight, and head in a neutral position. Pull the Dumbbell up through your Elbow and pull it back to your hip! Take this movement nice and slow and focus on pulling the dumbbell up through your elbow! I typically do this exercise for 4 sets per side for 8-12 reps!

3. Cable Straight Bar Pull Downs (Underhand Grip). For this exercise, you guys want to grip the bar shoulder width apart, using an underhand grip! Pull the bar down to your upper chest, and focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together! This is a great exercise to do if you are looking to add some width to your back! I typically do this exercise for 4 sets of 10-12 reps!
