Best Cardio Split To Lose Weight // Summer Shredding Ep. 3

Welcome to Summer Shredding Ep. 3! In today’s video I take you through the Best Cardio Split To Lose Weight! Year after year I rely on this cardio split to help me lose weight and get shredded for my Men’s Physique Shows, so I am sure it will help you as well!

If you are looking to lose some weight and burn away stubborn fat, cardio is a necessity and I honestly believe that 30 minutes of cardio a day, whether that be on the stair master, bike, treadmill, etc. will be a HUGE factor in you getting the progress you are after.

As mentioned, my cardio split is 30 minutes of Fasted Cardio in the morning and 30 minutes of cardio Post Workout. Yes an hour of cardio a day is a little extreme, and is not needed if you aren’t competing in a bodybuilding show and just looking to lose some weight. With that being the case, my best advice to you is to give Fasted Cardio a try (explained in video) and see if you like it and if it works for you, if not then switch on over to Post Workout cardio! As long as you are doing some type of cardio for a minimum of 30 minutes, I promise you will get results and will begin to lose some weight!
