Booty Blasting Leg Day // Best Golf Edit EVER // Vlog 14

In today’s vlog I take you guys along to the gym for a Booty Blasting Leg Day then out on the Golf Course, as I made the Best Golf Edit Ever! Hope you guys enjoy Vlog 14!

I head to the gym for leg day, which ended up turning to an absolute booty blasting workout! Some of these exercises, I have never done before so my legs, and butt were on fire! We kept the volume a little higher for this leg workout, as we did every exercise for 4 to 5 sets of 10-15 reps! With this higher volume our legs and glutes were just completely burnt out by the end of this workout! The following day I went to play golf at The Club At Shannondell! This was an absolute beautiful golf course in Audubon, Pennsylvania, so if you guys are ever around that area and want to play some golf, be sure to check this place out! I will have the link attached below as well!

I figured the best way to present the day of golf was to make the Greatest Golf Edit of all time, so hopefully this holds true to my statement! Of course I pulled out the drone for this one, and got some great aerial footage of the golf course as well as used all my editing tricks for this edit! 1a. (Super Set) Machine Leg Press (Feet Wide & High On Press, Toes Pointed Out)
4 Sets x 10-12 Reps

1b. (Super Set) Machine Leg Press (Feet Close Together & In Middle Of The Press)
4 Sets x 10-12 Reps

2a. (Super Set) Landmine Squats
4 Sets x 12-15 Reps

2b. (Super Set) Kettle Bell Step Ups
4 Sets x Failure Reps

3. Lying Hamstring Curls (1/2 Method)
3 Sets x 10 FULL Reps, then 5-10 1/2 reps, then Full reps again till failure!
