Machine Chest Press
3 Sets x 20 Reps

Working Sets:

Flat Bench Barbell Press
Set 1: 10 Reps (Warm Up Set)
Set 2: 10 Reps (Warm Up Set)
Set 3: 6 Reps
Set 4: 6 Reps
Set 5: 4 Reps
Set 6: 4 Reps
Set 7: 1 Rep
Set 8: 1 Rep
Set 9: 1 Rep
Set 10: Drop Set – Failure Reps (Burn Out Set)
Set 11: Drop Set – Failure Reps (Burn Out Set)

Incline DB Press
6 Sets x 6-8 Reps

V Neck Barbell Press
3 Sets x 12 -15 Reps

Cable Cross Over Circuit

High To Low
3 Sets x 12-15 Reps

Middle
3 Sets x 12-15 Reps

Low To High
3 Sets x 12-15 Reps
Drop Set After Last Set x Failure Reps
