It wouldn’t be the Christmas season without some delicious Christmas Cookies followed by a cookie fueled Leg Workout. In today’s video, I take you guys through my Christmas routine, and then head to the gym for a High Volume Leg Workout! Hope you enjoy Vlog 28!

As mentioned above, it is the Holiday Season. I know everyone does something different over the holidays, so I just wanted to share with you guys how my family and I typically celebrate Christmas!

On Christmas Eve, I was able to get over to the gym for a quick Leg Workout. This Leg Workout was legit fueled by Christmas Cookies, so you know it had to be a good one!
