COFFEE CALORIE SAVERS // Insane Chest Workout

Coming at you guys today with a huge calorie saver when it comes to coffee! I don’t know about you, but I am a HUGE coffee fan, and I of course wanted to share some simple low calorie/ macro friendly options to add to your coffee to spruce it up a little!

In addition to that, I take you guys to the gym for a full chest workout as I break everything down with a workout commentary. This chest workout was an absolute killer, so I highly suggest giving it a go! I have the full chest workout written out below.

Exercise 3: Machine Pec Deck (Single Arm Holds)
