Welcome to the ‘Road To The Show’ series episode nine! I am documenting my 10 week prep to my first Men’s Physique show of the summer, The Garden State Championships!

In this video, I show you guys my Current Physique with 3 weeks out till my first Men’s Physique show of the year, The Garden State Championships!

In addition to The Garden State Championships, I will be competing at Team Universe the following weekend! This will be my first National Show, so I am super excited.

Lastly, I take you guys through a Back Workout, as I provide a FULL commentary to this Back Workout and talk to you guys about what I am doing currently with training and what works best when it comes to training to for Fat Loss and to Shred for Summer. 1. Barbell Rows
Set 1: 15 Reps (Overhand Grip)
Set 2: 15 Reps (Underhand Grip)
Set 3: 15 Reps (Overhand Grip)
Set 4: 15 Reps (Underhand Grip)
Set 5: 12 Reps (Overhand Grip)
Set 6: 12 Reps (Underhand Grip)
** Drop Set = 135 lbs x Failure Reps w/ BOTH Grips

2. Machine Rows (Underhand Grip)
4 Sets x 12-15 Reps
** Drop Set After Final Set = Lower Weight By 30 lbs & Rep Till Failure

3. Seated V Bar Cable Row
4 Sets x 12-15 Reps
** Drop Set After Final Set = Lower Weight By 30 lbs & Rep Till Failure

4. Straight Bar Pull Down (Underhand Grip)
4 Sets x 12-15 Reps
** Drop Set After Final Set = Lower Weight By 30 lbs & Rep Till Failure

5. Cable Rope Pull Downs
3 Sets x 12-15 Reps

6. Wide Grip Pull Ups
1 Set x Failure Reps
