In today’s video, I go over my current training split! Now that we are in full on “Bulking Mode” my training routine has changed big time, as I am focusing on starting my workouts with heavy compound lifts, such as, the bench press, squat, and deadlift, and following those lifts with all of my accessory work!
In addition to incorporating these compound exercises into my routine, I am also training 5 days a week right now! I will have that full training split listed below!
Day 1: Chest/ Triceps (heavy compound lift – bench press)
Day 2: Back/ Biceps (heavy compound lift – deadlift)
Day 3: Legs (heavy compound lift – squat)
Day 4: Shoulders
Day 5: Arms

It consists of over 1,077 acres of gardens, woodlands, and meadows in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania!
