1. Seated Leg Extensions
3 Sets x 20 Reps

2. Lying Hamstring Curls
3 Sets x 20 Reps

Working Sets:

1. Leg Press

Set 1: 10 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Set 3: 10 Reps
Set 4: 6-8 Reps
Set 5: 6-8 Reps
Set 6: 6-8 Reps
Set 7: 4-5 Reps
Set 8: 4-5 Reps
Set 9: 4-5 Reps
Set 10: 4-5 Reps/ Drop Set
Drop Set = 270 lbs x Failure Reps

2. Seated Hamstring Curls

Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 15 Reps
Set 3: 12 Reps/ Drop Set
Set 4: 12 Reps/ Drop Set
Drop Set = 50 lbs x Failure Reps

3. Barbell Lunges

Set 1: 10 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Set 3: 10 Reps
Set 4: 10 Reps

4. Seated Leg Extensions

Set 1: 8-10 Reps/ Drop Set
Set 2: 8-10 Reps/ Drop Set
Set 3: 6-8 Reps/ Drop Set
Drop Set = 100 lbs x Failure Reps

5. Leg Press Calf Raises

5 Sets x 20 Reps
