With the increased carbs in my life post show, my pumps have been incredible, so you already know this Arm Workout was one for the books! I have the FULL Arm Workout listed below as well, so give it a try and let me know what you guys think!

In addition to the gym, I brought my DJI Phantom 3 Drone out to get some awesome beach footage for you guys! I absolutely love this drone, and I hope you guys enjoy the drone edits as well!

FULL ARM WORKOUT

1️⃣ Standing DB Curls
Set 1: 50 lbs x Failure Reps
Set 2: 35 lbs x Failure Reps
Set 3: 20 lbs x Failure Reps
** Repeat this cycle twice.
2️⃣Straight Bar Spider Curls
4 Sets x 12-15 Reps
3️⃣ Machine Preacher Curls
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Set 3: 10 Reps
Set 4: 8 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 50 lbs x Failure Reps
4️⃣ V Bar Cable Push Downs
4 Sets x 10-12 Reps
5️⃣ Dips
3 Sets x Failure Reps
6️⃣ Incline EZ Bar Skull Crushers
3 Sets x 12-15 Reps
7️⃣ Close Grip Plate Press
2 Sets x Failure Reps (90 lbs)

For the Failure Reps, aim to fail around 15-20 reps!
