Warm Up:
1. Machine Preacher Curls
3 Sets x 15 Reps

Working Sets:

1. Dumb Bell Curls
4 Sets x 10-12 Reps
Drop Set After 4th Set = 20 lbs x Failure Reps

2. Barbell Curls
3 Sets x 10-12 Reps (SLOW)
Drop Set After 3rd Set = Barbell x Failure Reps

3. Spider Curls
3 Sets x 10-12 Reps

4. Overhead Cable Extensions
4 Sets x 12-15 Reps
Drop Set After 4th Set = 45 lbs x Failure Reps

5. Cable Side Tricep Push Down
3 Sets x 12-15 Reps

6. Plate Press
90 lbs x Failure Reps
Drop Set = 45 lbs x Failure Reps
