Arm Workout

1. Incline DB Curls
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps
Set 3: 10 Reps
Set 4: 8 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 15 lbs x Failure Reps

2a. (Super Set) Cable Curls (High)
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 15 Reps
Set 3: 12 Reps
Set 4: 12 Reps

2b. (Super Set) Cable EZ Bar Squat Curls
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Set 3: 10 Reps
Set 4: 8 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 20 lbs x Failure Reps

3. Barbell Curls
Set 1: 10 Reps
Set 2: 8 Reps
Set 3: 6 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = Barbell x Failure Reps
