1a. (Super Set) Seated Machine Row
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Set 3: 8 Reps
Set 4: 8 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 90 lbs x Failure SLOW Reps

1b. (Super Set) Cable Pull Downs (Underhand Grip)
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 15 Reps
Set 3: 12 Reps
Set 4: 12 Reps

2. T Bar Row
Set 1: 10 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Set 3: 8 Reps
Set 4: 8 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 75 lbs x Failure Reps

3. Seated Cable Rows (Straight Bar Wide Grip)
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps
Set 3: 10 Reps
Set 4: 8 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 80 lbs x Failure SLOW Reps

4. Wide V Bar Cable Pull Down
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Set 3: 8 Reps
Set 4: 6 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 75 lbs x Failure Reps

5. Wide Grip Pull Ups
Hit 50 Reps w/ as few breaks as possible
