3. Machine Pushdowns – 2 Sets x 20 Reps

Working Sets:
1. Standing Barbell Curls – 5 Sets x 8-10 Reps
2. Incline Bench Dumbbell Curls – 4 Sets x 8-12 Reps
3. Seated Dumbbell Hammer Curls – 4 Sets x 12 Reps
4. Cable V Bar Pushdown – 4 Sets x 6-12 Reps
SUPERSET
