I have been getting a little tired of my Arm Workouts recently, so I really wanted to change it up, so what is better then going back to the basics with a Golden Era Arm Workout!? Following the Arm Workout, I head to a playoff football party for the Eagles with some friends, this was a super good time but I was more excited for my Cheat Meal after! You guys know how much I love my weekly Cheat Meals, and for this one I found myself at one of my favorite spots!
