1. Wide Grip Cable Pull Downs
Set 1: 15 reps
Set 2: 12 reps
Set 3: 10 reps
Set 4: 6-8 reps/ Drop Set
Drop Set = 60 lbs x Failure Reps

2. Machine Row
Set 1: 10 reps
Set 2: 8 reps
Set 3: 6-8 reps
Set 4: 6 reps/ Strip Set
Strip Set = Strip 1 45 lb Plate Off at a Time & Rep Till Failure

3. Machine Side Lat Pull Down
Set 1: 15 reps
Set 2: 15 reps
Set 3: 12 reps
Set 4: 10 reps

4. T Bar Row (Heavy to Light)
Set 1: 4-6 reps
Set 2: 10 reps
Set 3: 12 reps
Set 4: 15 reps
Set 5: 20 reps

5.”Joe” Cable Rows (SLOW)
Set 1: 12 reps
Set 2: 10 reps
Set 3: 10 reps
Set 4: 6-8 reps
