Heavy Leg Workout // PEScience Select Protein Waffles // Vlog 5

In today’s video, I head to the gym for a super Heavy Leg Workout, then head back home and cook up some delicious PEScience Select Protein Waffles! Hope you guys enjoy this video!

Like I mentioned today was a very Heavy Leg Workout! With offseason fully underway, my workouts have typically been on the heavier side, so that was the exact case with today’s Leg Workout! We kept it very heavy and kept the reps on the lower side as well! I have the FULL workout listed all the way below, so be sure to check that out and let me know what you guys think!

Following the workout, I made Protein Waffles with PEScience Select Protein, which are absolutely delicious and have some amazing Macros as they are only 1g C/ 5g F/ 24g P. Definitely worth giving a try and I have the full ingredients and directions below as well for you guys so definitely be sure to cook up some protein waffles of your own!

PROTEIN WAFFLES
** Ingredients**
1. Protein of your choice (PEScience Select Protein suggested)
2. Baking Powder
3. 1 Egg
4. Water

** Directions**
1. In a bowl – mix together:
a. 1 Scoop of protein
b. 1 large egg
c. 1/4 cup of water
d. 1 Tsp of Baking Powder
2. Spray PAM onto waffle maker (for waffles) or pan (for pancakes)
3. Heat up the Waffle Maker or Pan on Medium/High heat.
4. Pour Waffle mix into waffler maker or pan.
5. Cook for 30 – 45 seconds or until Waffle is a golden brown
6. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your Macro friendly waffles!

1. Barbell Back Squats
Set 1: 10 Reps
Set 2: 8 Reps
Set 3: 6 Reps
Set 4: 4 Reps
Set 5: 4 Reps

2. Lying Hamstring Curls
4 Sets x 10-12 Reps

3. Barbell Straight Leg Deadlifts
4 Sets x 12-15 Reps

4. Seated Leg Extensions
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Set 3: 8 Reps/ Drop Set
Set 4: 8 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 75 lbs x Failure Reps
