In today’s video, Taylor has her FINAL cheat meal before she starts prep for her first NPC Bikini show. And of course it wouldn’t be a daily vlog without a Delt Demolition Workout! Hope you guys enjoy Vlog 29.

As mentioned above, Taylor has her final cheat meal, since she is about to start a 20 week prep to compete in her first NPC Bikini show. She decided to go eat at Chick Fil-A and legit came close to getting everything on that menu! I am super excited for her though, and cannot wait to see her kill this prep!

Besides the cheat meal, I went to the gym for a Delt Demolition Shoulder Workout! I really want to build up my Shoulders this off season, so I am hitting them super hard lately.
