1. Barbell Bent Over Rows
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps
Set 3: 12 Reps
Set 4: 10 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 135 lbs x Failure Reps

2. Wide Grip V Bar Cable Pull Down
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps
Set 3: 12 Reps/ Drop Set
Set 4: 10 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 75 lbs x Failure Reps

3. Close Grip V Bar Cable Pull Down
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps

4. DB Row
Set 1: 12 Reps
