High Volume Shoulder Workout | NEW Ford Mustang | Road To The Show – Ep.8

I bought a NEW CAR! I just picked up the new 2017 EcoBoost Ford Mustang! The car is absolutely incredible, so wait till you guys see she is all about!

In today’s video I traded in my 2006 Ford Mustang for the brand new 2017 EcoBoost Mustang! This car is absolutely beautiful! I got her in all black, with magnetic colored wheels so she is looking very sharp! As for the interior, she has black leather seats and is fully loaded, so wait till you guys see what she has to offer!

Also, I head to the gym for a Shoulder Workout! With being 4 Weeks Out from my first Men’s Physique Show of 2017, the workouts are getting much more intense! Today’s shoulder workout was extremely high volume, as I kept all the reps higher between the 15-20 mark! These high volume workouts do a great job with helping burn fat, but also keep muscle, which is essential when it comes to competing in Men’s Physique! 1. Seated Smith Machine Press
Set 1: 20 reps
Set 2: 15-20 reps
Set 3: 15 reps
Set 4: 12-15 reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 95 lbs x Failure Reps

2a. (Super Set) Barbell Upright Rows
4 Sets x 15-20 reps

2b. (Super Set) Dumbbell Side Raises
4 Sets x Failure Reps
** Aim to fail around 20 reps

3. Machine Side Raises
** Palms Up, Thumbs Up, Pinkies Up – 10 reps for each
No Rest Between & Repeat This Cycle Twice

4. Reverse Cable Flys
4 Sets x 12-15 reps

5. Cable Rope Face Pulls
4 Sets x 15-20 reps
