1. Seated Overhead Press – 5 Sets x 10 Reps

2a. Seated Dumbbell Arnold Press – 3 Sets x 20 Reps
2b. Dumbbell Front Raises – 3 Sets x 10 Reps
Superset
3a. Incline Dumbbell Lateral Raise – 3 Sets x 10 Reps
3b. Resistance Band Face Pulls – 3 Sets x 15 Reps

4a. Upright Row – 3 Sets x 10 Reps
4b. Front/ Lateral Raise Combo – 3 Sets x 10 Reps
