Working Sets:
1. Barbell Bench Press
Set 1: 10 Reps

Set 4: 6 Reps
Set 5: 6 Reps
Set 6: 3 Reps
Set 7: 3 Reps
Set 8: 3 Reps
Set 9: 1 Rep

Set 10: 225 lbs x Failure Reps
2. Decline Bench Press
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps
Set 3: 8 Reps
Set 4: 6-8 Reps

3. Cable Cross Overs (Middle Level)
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps
Set 3: 12 Reps
