Looking to try out some new exercises when it comes to your Back Workout?! Make sure to give the Kneeling Cable Lat Pulldown a try!
Instructions:
1. Attach a single handle on a cable station as the cable is positioned at its highest point. Grab that handle with your left hand using an underhand grip (knuckles down / palms up).
2. Kneel down on your left knee so your right knee is up. When you perform this exercise with your right arm, kneel on your right knee & have your left knee up.
3. Pull the cable down along your side leading with your elbow & try to pull your elbow as far back along your side as possible. Pause of a second at the bottom of the movement here & contract your lats.
4. Slowly allow the cable to return to the starting position & put emphasis on getting a full stretch of your lat before you go into your next rep.
5. Complete for the desired number of reps before moving onto your right arm.
