Set 1: 10-12 Reps
Set 2: 10-12 Reps
Set 3: 8-10 Reps

Set 6: 6-8 Reps
Set 7: 6-8 Reps
Set 8: Drop Set x Failure Reps

2. Barbell Lunges
3 Sets x 12-15 Reps

3. Seated Leg Extensions (Giant Set)
200 lbs x Failure Reps
150 lbs x Failure Reps
100 lbs x Failure Reps
** Repeat Cycle 3 Times

4. DB Stiff Leg Deadlifts
3 Sets x 12-15 Reps

5. Leg Press Calf Raises
5 Sets x 20 Reps
