It has been SO long since my last YouTube video, but man does it feel good to be back! Of course with being in a hiatus for few weeks now, I wanted to give you guys a quick life update and tell you the main reason why I have been off YouTube.

1b. Barbell Rows (Underhand Grip) – 4 Sets x 10 Reps
Rest Period = 90 Seconds

Machine Low Row – 3 Sets x 10 Reps
Rest Period: 90 Seconds

**Superset**
Machine Seated Row – 3 Sets x 12, 10, 8 Reps
Chest Supported Machine Row – 3 Sets x 10 Reps
Rest Period: 90 Seconds

Wide Grip Cable Pulldown – 3 Sets x 15, 12, 10 Reps
Rest Period: 60 Seconds
