Long Beach Island // Push Pull Workout w/ Commentary // Vlog 4

In today’s video I take you guys along on my trip to Long Beach IslandI! Following a day full of hanging on the boat and sandbar, I head to the gym for a Push Pull Workout, as I made an in depth Workout Commentary for you guys!

Like I mentioned, we are back down the shore for this one soaking up some rays in the Summer Paradise of Long Beach Island, New Jersey. I took the boat out to the sand bar with some family and friends, and figured I would make a cool little edit for you guys so I hope you enjoyed it! All in all, it was a solid beach trip and I was beyond pumped I could bring you guys along!

Following the day spent on the beach, I went to the gym and brought you guys along for the workout as I did a Push Pull Day. It was a great workout focusing strictly on Chest and Back. I made a Push Pull Commentary so you guys can see exactly what we did during the workout, so hopefully you guys can pick up something new training or exercise wise!
