Hey Guys, so it finally began! Prep is fully under way and here is episode number one of the Road To The Show series! I am super excited to get this out for you guys and just document my entire journey to getting on that stage for my Men’s Physique show!

My ultimate goal with making this series is to be able to connect with you guys more! I want to be able to inspire you and help you guys out with whatever fitness or life goal you guys have, and hopefully by documenting my struggles and high points on this prep, I will be able to do exactly so!

1. Barbell Curls
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Set 3: 8 Reps
Set 4: 6 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = Just The Barbell x Failure Reps

2. Seated DB Curls
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Set 3: 8-10 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 20 lb DBs x Failure Reps

3. Cable Curls
Set 1: 12-15 Reps
Set 2: 12-15 Reps
Set 3: 10-12 Reps

4.DB Hammer Curls
Set 1: 10-12 Reps
Set 2: 8-10 Reps
Set 3: 6 Reps

5. Cable Rope Push Downs (Random Selection)
10 Sets x 10 Reps (have a buddy select the weights for you)

6. DB Overhead Extensions
4 Sets x 10-12 Reps

7. Dips
Hit 50 Reps
