MY NEW HOME GYM // Full Arm Workout Commentary

Welcome to Make Waves Ep. 1! In today’s video, I give you guys a full tour of my new home gym that I have been putting together ever since quarantine started a few months back! This home gym has absolutely saved me and has kept me sane this entire time as all of the gyms have been fully closed, so I am super grateful to have found all of this equipment and make it work!

In addition to the home gym tour, I take you guys through a full arm workout with a little commentary breaking down all the exercises, sets, and reps! FULL ARM WORKOUT
1. Barbell Curls
• 4 Sets x 15 Reps (10 Slow/ 5 Fast)

2. Cable Rope Tricep Pushdown
• 3 Sets x 12, 10, 8/DS Reps (DS = Drop Set – lower the weight by 20-30 lbs)

Superset
3a. Incline Bench Dumbbell Curls – 3 Sets x 10 Reps
3b. Incline Bench Dumbbell Skull Crushers – 3 Sets x 10 Reps

4. Cable Rope Hammer Curls – 4 Sets x 12, 10, 8, 6 Reps

5. Cable Tricep Kickbacks – 3 Sets x 15, 12, 10 Reps per arm

Rest Period = 60 Seconds
