We are back on the YouTube grind with my newest series…. THE WEDDING SHRED! Taylor and I officially get married in 57 days and I am looking to lose a few pounds before the big day. 1. Barbell Bent Over Row
4 Sets x 12, 10, 8, 6 Reps

2. Machine Lat Pull Through (Single | Overhand Grip)
3 Sets x 10 Reps per side

3. Incline Bench Dumbbell Row
3 Sets x 10 Reps

4. Cable Lat Pulldown (Reverse Grip)
4 Sets x 12, 10, 8, 6/DS Reps

5. Dumbbell Hammer Curl
4 Sets x 8-10 Reps

6. Barbell Bicep Curl
