Prep for the 2019 Summer Shredding Classic has officially begun! We are currently 17 weeks out from stepping up on stage to compete in mens physique again at the Summer Shredding Classic. I beyond excited to get the Summer Shredding Series back up and running, and what better way to get it going than showing you guys my starting physique AND bring you guys along to the grocery store for a full prep grocery haul!

Like I mentioned above, we are heading back down to Houston this summer to compete in mens physique at the Summer Shredding Classic! With prep officially beginning, I wanted to show you guys my starting physique, as I seriously cannot wait to document my show prep transformation again with the Summer Shredding Series.

In addition to the current physique update, I bring you guys along to the grocery store for a full grocery haul, as I break down each and every food that I am going to be eating in the early phase of this prep! With that, I also cover my TOP dieting food hacks, that are absolute life savors when it comes halting my sweet tooth cravings!

2a. DB Lateral Raise
2b. Front Plate Raise
2c. EZ Bar Upright Rows
3 Sets x 15 Reps for each exercise

SUPERSET
3a. Incline DB Push Press
3b. Incline DB Lateral Raise
