Nazi Zombies & Squats! // Leg Workout Commentary // Vlog 23

In today’s video, I head over to my buddies house to play the new Call of Duty WW2 Nazi Zombies before heading to the gym for a Leg Workout! Hope you guys enjoy Vlog 23!

Like mentioned above, my buddy Ricky got the new Call of Duty WW2 and was telling me how great the Nazi Zombies were, so of course I had to stop over before going to the gym to train some legs! And he wasn’t lying guys, Nazi Zombies was an absolute blast. Call of Duty really stepped it up this year around, as the game play was incredible! There will definitely be some more Nazi Zombie clips to come in the future!

Following the Zombie sesh, I went over to the gym to train some Legs! Since I was solo tonight, I made a Full Leg Workout Commentary for you guys. One of my biggest weak points right now is my squat, so I have been altering my leg workouts around this in order to build it up! With that being the case, I am focusing more on Pause Squats and training my Glutes in order to strengthen my squat. I was super pumped to make this Leg Workout Commentary for you guys to share some tips to build up your squat if you are struggling like me. 1. Barbell Back Squats (Pause Squats)
5 Sets x 10 Reps w/ a 2 Second Pause @ the bottom

2. Reverse Hack Squats
5 Sets x 6-8 Reps

3. DB Bulgarian Split Squats
3 Sets x 12-15 Reps

4. Lying Hamstring Curls
3 Sets x 15-20 Reps

5. Cable Rope Pull Throughs
3 Sets x 6-8 Reps

6. Leg Press Calf Raises
5 Sets x 20 Reps
