New Gym Who Dis?! // Cheat Meal For The Books // Vlog 21

In today’s Vlog, I head to a New Gym for a great Chest Workout with the boys, then run over to Shake Shack to get a Cheat Meal For The Books! Hope you guys enjoy Vlog 21!

There is nothing better than a late night workout, especially when you head to a New Gym that is dead empty! In today’s vlog, I head to Philadelphia Sport’s Club to get a great Chest Workout in with my two friends! I always love going to New Gyms as they always present me with new equipment I have never tried before, and always come with that “new gym atmosphere” where you just want to get after it and have a great workout! I made a little workout commentary for you guys, but of course have the FULL CHEST WORKOUT listed all the way below, so definitely be sure to check that out!

Following the workout at Philadelphia Sport’s Club, we went over to Shake Shack to get a Cheat Meal For The Books! Shake Shack is by far one of my favorite places to get a Cheat Meal as their burgers, french fries, and milk shakes are on another level! Of course, I got 2 doubles, a large french fry, and their signature milk shake of the month!

2. Cable Cross Overs w/ Press
4 Sets x 12-15 Reps

3. Close Grip Front Press
4 Sets x 15-20 Reps

4. Machine Chest Press
4 Sets x 8-12 Reps

5. Single Kettle Bell Press
2 Sets x 15-20 Reps
