Welcome to the ‘Road To The Show’ series Episode 12! I am documenting my 10 week prep to my first Men’s Physique show of the summer, The Garden State Championships!

In this video, I take you guys through my Leg Workout as I provide a FULL Leg Workout Commentary! I kept it short and sweet today, but still had an awesome Leg Workout, so be sure to check that out below!

In addition to The Garden State Championships, I will be competing at Team Universe the following weekend! This will be my first National Show, so I am super excited.

**Warm Up:
Seated Leg Extensions
3 Sets x 20 Reps

Standing Hamstring Curls
3 Sets x 20 Reps

**Working Sets:
1a. (Super Set) Machine Leg Press
5 Sets x 15-20 Reps

1b. (Super Set) Reverse Hack Squats
5 Sets x 15-20 Reps

2. Seated Hamstring Curls
Set 1: 20 Reps
Set 2: 20 Reps
Set 3: 15 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set 1: 90 lbs x Failure Reps
** Drop Set 2: 65 lbs x Failure Reps

3. Seated Leg Extensions (Single Leg)
3 Sets x 15-20 PER Leg

Cardio – 30 Minutes on Stair Master
