Shoulder Workout At Atilis Gym // WHAT DO YOU GUYS WANT? // Vlog 42

In today’s vlog, I am back at Atilis Gym for an incredible Shoulder Workout with the guys! We wanted a very high volume workout, so we did a ton of super sets and drop sets, and let me tell ya, our shoulders were on fire! I have the FULL workout listed below, so be sure to check that out!

This really was an awesome shoulder workout, so definitely give this one a try. I was able to make a nice little workout edit for you, so I hope you enjoy that as well! And if you ever have the opportunity to train at a Atilis Gym, I would HIGHLY recommend it, as the gym atmosphere is out of this world, and the equipment is amazing. Recently, I have been training at the new Atilis Gym they have opened in Bellmawr, New Jersey, so if you guys ever come through, please let me know!

Warm Up:
1. Machine Shoulder Press
3 Sets x 15-20 Reps

Working Sets:
1. Rear Delt Cable Flys
4 Sets x 10-12 Reps

SUPER SET
2a. Seated Front Delt Cable Raises
2b. Seated Cable Face Pulls
3 Sets x 12 Reps – Use Straight Bar Attachment

TRI SET
3a. Standing Dumbbell Side Raises
3b. Seated Dumbbell Overhead Press
3c. Standing Dumbbell Side Raises
3 Sets x 10 Reps

4. Shrugs (Use Barbell)
4 Sets x 10-12 Reps

5. Incline Bench Dumbbell Front Raises
3 Sets x 10-12 Reps
