Welcome to the ‘Road To The Show’ series Episode 10! I am documenting my 10 week prep to my first Men’s Physique show of the summer, The Garden State Championships!

In this video, I take you guys through a Shoulder Workout, where I made a short little edit! I have the FULL SHOULDER WORKOUT listed below, so definitely check that out!

Then I went off to the mall to search for the board shorts that I want to where up on stage for my Men’s Physique show in 3 short weeks! What color did I get?! Well you guys might have to wait to see that one!

In addition to The Garden State Championships, I will be competing at Team Universe the following weekend! This will be my first National Show, so I am super excited.

FULL SHOULDER WORKOUT

1a. (Super Set) Cable Upright Rows
4 Sets x 12-15 Reps

1b. (Super Set) Cable Rope Face Pulls
4 Sets x 15-20 Reps

2. DB Side Raises (Giant Set)
Set 1: 35 lbs x Failure Reps
Set 2: 25 lbs x Failure Reps
Set 3: 15 lbs x Failure Reps
** NO REST between sets. Repeat this cycle 3 total times.

3a. (Super Set) Incline Bench DB Front Raises
4 Sets x 12-15 Reps

3b. (Super Set) Standing DB Front Raises
4 Sets x 15-20 Reps

5. Machine Shoulder Press
3 Sets x 12-15 Reps
