SHOW DAY // Insane Arm Workout Commentary

The big day has finally come! It is officially SHOW DAY for my client Mike as he competed in Mens Physique in the NPC Northern USAs. This is my first client ever doing a show so it was a big day for myself and TeamMattLeeFit.

Besides Mike stepping up on stage, I went to the gym for an INSANE Arm Workout! I kept the weight on the lighter side, and increased the volume of the arm workout big time, so the pump was truly like no other!
