We are officially 26 days out from the Christian Guzman’s Summer Shredding Classic as I will be stepping up on stage to compete in Men’s Physique! With showtime right around the corner, I of course have to show you guys a current physique update!

In addition to the physique update, I bring you guys along to the gym for a Shredded Back Workout! I HIGHLY suggest giving this workout a try, as it was a total killer and had my back so sore the next few days. I have the full workout listed all the way below, so let me know what you guys think!

2. Machine Low Row
3 Sets x 10 Reps

3. Machine Row (Chest Supported)
3 Sets x 15 Reps Per Side

4. Leaning V Bar Cable Pulldown
4 Sets x 12-15 Reps

5. Machine Wide Grip Row
3 Sets x 20 Reps
