The Summer Shredding Classic 2019 is officially in the books and what a show it was! I had such a blast being up on that Summer Shredding stage competing in Men’s Physique, and was able to take home the 3rd place overall trophy in my class!
Being able to head back down to Houston, Texas and compete in the Summer Shredding Classic for the second year in a row was an absolute blessing! I have done MANY shows throughout my time competing in Men’s Physique, but there truly is no show like this one. Being surrounded by so many like-minded individuals who are all chasing the same thing is an experience like no other! Plus being able to train at Alphalete Gym everyday was pretty cool too;) !
