I bring you guys my WORLD FAMOUS (Diet Friendly) Sweet Potato recipe! Sweet Potatoes are my go to each and every year when it comes time to prep for my Men’s Physique shows, and they truly serve as a great carb source for any weight loss journey!

I have personally found that cooking my Sweet Potatoes this exact way yields the best and tastiest results, so please let me know what you guys think if you try this out OR let me know how you guys cook your Sweet Potatoes!
