1a. (Super Set) Flat Bench EZ Bar Skull Crushers
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps
Set 3: 10 Reps
Set 4: 10 Reps

1b. (Super Set) Close Grip Press
Set 1: Failure Reps
Set 2: Failure Reps
Set 3: Failure Reps
Set 4: Failure Reps

2. V Bar Cable Push Down
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps
Set 3: 10 Reps
Set 4: 10 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 45 lbs x Failure Reps

3. DB Skull Crushers
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps
Set 3: 12 Reps

4a. (Tri Set) Single Grip Cable Push Down
3 Sets x 12-15 Reps

4b. (Tri Set) Straight Bar Push Down – Underhand Grip
3 Sets x 12-15 Reps

4c. (Tri Set) V Bar Push Down
3 Sets x 12-15 Reps

5. Barbell Curls
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 10 reps
Set 3: 8 Reps
Set 4: 6 Reps/ Drop Set
** Drop Set = 5 lbs on both sides x Failure Reps

6. Incline DB Curls
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps

** Drop Set = 20 lbs x Failure Reps

7. EZ Bar Spider Curls
