In today’s video, I bring you along for Thanksgiving 2017 and all the celebrations, and delicious foods that took place! But before we feasted, of course I went to the gym for an AMAZING Arm Workout. Hope you enjoy Vlog 24.

Thanksgiving is one of my absolute favorite holidays! Besides having the day off, and unlimited time to spend in the gym, I can legit stuff my face with all this incredible food, and not have to worry about counting a single macro! This year for Thanksgiving we had of course Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Stuffing, Rolls, and a ton more delicious foods! For those who celebrated it, I hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

Before I could feast, I of course went to the gym for an Amazing Arm Workout, which I made a commentary for you guys! 1. Standing Barbell Curls
5 Sets x 6-8 Reps

2. Incline Bench Dumbbell Curls
4 Sets x 8-10 Reps

3. Machine Preacher Curls
4 Sets x 6-8 Reps

4a. (SUPER SET) Incline Bench EZ Bar Skull Crushers
4 Sets x 12-15 Reps

4b. (SUPER SET) Incline Bench EZ Bar Close Grip Press
4 Sets x AMRAP

5. Straight Bar Cable Push Downs
4 Sets x 8-10 Reps

6. Cable Kick Backs
3 Sets x 12-15 Reps

7. Dips
