1. Bent Over Barbell Rows
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 12 Reps
Set 3: 10 Reps
Set 4: 6-8 Reps
Set 5: 6 Reps/ Drop Set (135 lbs x Failure Reps)

2. DB Row
Set 1: 8 Reps/ Drop Set
Set 2: 8 Reps/ Drop Set
Set 3: 6 Reps/ Drop Set
Drop Set = 60 lbs x Failure Reps

3. Seated V Bar Cable Row
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 10-12 Reps
Set 3: 8 Reps
Set 4: 6 Reps/ Strip
Strip = 3 Drop Sets x Failure Reps

4. Machine Side Pull Downs
Set 1: 15 Reps
Set 2: 12-15 Reps
Set 3: 12 Reps

5. Reverse Grip Cable Pull Downs
Set 1: 12 Reps
Set 2: 10 Reps
Set 3: 8-10 Reps
Set 4: 6 Reps/ Drop Set
Drop Set = 65 lbs x Failure SLOW Reps
