THE PERFECT PRE WORKOUT MEAL // Arm Day With a Classic Physique Legend

In today’s video, I break down the PERFECT pre workout meal as I cooked up some Protein Oatmeal, aka “Proats”. Now I am not saying this meal is the secret to the gains, but let me tell ya, if you are looking for an insane gym pump, you will quickly fall in love with Proats! 😉

Typically before the gym, I like to consume 20g of Protein, 10g of Fat, and 30g of Carbs! I feel that these are the best macros for a pre workout meal, and Proats delivers just that! I will list the full instructions to make some delicious Proats below as well!

How To Make Proats: Ingredients
1. 1 Scoop of Protein Powder
2. 1 TBSP of Peanut Butter
3. 1 Packet of Truvia (any 0 calorie sweetener)
4. 1/2 to 1 cup of Oats (depending how much carbs you want)

Mix these ingredients up in a bowl with hot water! If it is too “soupy”, simply microwave the Proats for 15-30 seconds.
