The Tan! | SHREDDED Back Workout Commentary | Road To The Show – Ep.14

Welcome to the ‘Road To The Show’ series Episode 14! I am documenting my 10 week prep to my first Men’s Physique show of the summer, The Garden State Championships!

In this video, I take you guys through one of my final Back Workouts. It was an absolute grinder, but I provide you guys with a Full Back Workout commentary! As always, the full workout will be listed below in the description so be sure to check that out!

Other than that, I show you guys My Current Physique with the first coat of Pro Tan on and just 3 Days remaining till I hit that stage for The Garden State Championships! I love where I am at right now with my Physique, so let me know what you guys think!

Lastly, I talk to you guys briefly on “Peak Week” and what this has and will look like for the remainder of the week!

In addition to The Garden State Championships, I will be competing at Team Universe the following weekend! This will be my first National Show, so I am super excited.

2. Leaning V Bar Cable Pull Downs
4 Sets x 12-15 Reps

3. Seated Straight Bar Cable Rows (Underhand Grip)
Set 1: 15 Reps
